About Me

Dear Readers,

I am Apurav Kurra and I come from India the land of diversity, festivals, and culture. I am a student of Public Relations at Niagara College. Before studying public relations, I studied International Business Management from the same college and had a wonderful experience.

Since I came to Canada, I have been working at Papa John’s, one of North America’s largest chain of Pizzeria. I started as a floor staff and was eventually promoted to a manager. My experience has taught me a great deal about the art of making great pizzas.

I am particularly enthusiastic to work on this blog to showcase the skills I have acquired over a year of employment with Papa John’s. In this Blog, I will evaluate pizzas from 7 different pizzerias in Niagara Falls.

They will be evaluated based on their:

•  Taste 
•  Visual appeal 
•  Accuracy 
•  Price  
•  Hygiene 

After each pizza is tested I will write a critical evaluation of them judging them by the above-mentioned criteria. They will be judged by a panel of judges aka my roommates and will be rated accordingly based on 5 points and will be declared the top Pizzeria in Niagara Falls.

I genuinely hope that the readers of this blog will find it helpful and interesting. I am looking forward to starting this fun experience. I also encourage readers to mention their favorite pizzeria in Niagara Falls and I might include them as a part of my seven pizzerias. Readers can also vote for their favorite pizzeria in the polls I will post on a later date.
